About Cookout BBQs

We bought the Infinity Teppanyaki Electric BBQ and Infinity Grill Gas BBQ. I was a little nervous about doing this as there’s not too many online reviews to find on them. I am so glad I did.

They are both incredible grills and the best I have used. Both units are of quality construction and very solid. They also look fantastic side by side.

Southern Stainless and Cookout BBQ’s were also great to deal with as a company.

5 years old, cooked on daily and still looks brand new.

Earlier this year we purchased an Epicure Pro Electric BBQ for a client, and we wanted to send you a photo of the completed job.

The BBQ looks fantastic and the clients are extremely happy.

I absolutely love the Teppanyaki BBQ as it’s so easy to use, the food cooks incredibly well and more importantly, cleaning it is relatively easy even for amateurs like me.

I have the Infinity Grill BBQ and a stainless steel gas bottle. When I purchase anything of substantial value, quality of materials and construction are top of my list.

The build quality of this BBQ is exceptional, couldn’t find anything close to it in any other brand. The build quality was that good – I decided to build a custom cart for it. Now normally I don’t shop with aesthetics in mind.. but my Infinity Grill looks like a work of art (so does the gas bottle), I almost didn’t want to cook on it after installing it lol.

It does a great job at cooking too! High quality Australian made products backed up by absolutely exceptional customer service. Will recommend to everyone.

Being honest, I had some hesitations as I was leaning more towards purchasing a gas BBQ from you. You were so right! Here I was thinking it would not hold enough heat for the volume of food I had to cook for my BBQ’s. There is no looking back now! I always cook for everybody on our BBQ and eat on the back of our beautiful wooden boat. I cannot tell you how many people we have cooked for over 10 years. The amount of whole fresh fish, prawns, steak, roasts etc. It’s a big number!

These BBQ’s are simply the best available on the market, they might be a little more expensive but they are the best no question and no I don’t have shares in the company, wish I owned it though!

Reasons; it has never let us down, no flame/flare ups as solid stainless plate which makes it a lot safer as well, no rattles at all and easy to clean, it still looks brand new, in 10 years I have only just replaced the electronic ignition and the gas cock, which is minimal coast after 10 years.

The boat has just undergone a complete refit including engine electrics etc. but the one thing that did not need replacing was the BBQ of course!

Dear Matt, I am writing to thank you personally, and your staff for the excellent service & quality of your products you supplied for my boat.

The curved rail matches the duck board contour perfectly, and now I finally have an excellent storage facility for the tender.

The electric stainless steel BBQ works a treat, and over Easter we cooked on it 5 times in 3 days. Adding the stainless steel bait board as a preparation and serving table makes the whole meal cooking process so much easier.

I was more than happy with the final price, and I will certainly recommend your services to all of my boating friends.

We have owned our Cookout BBQ since December 2003. In all that time the BBQ has never left our front verandah, which faces the ocean. The BBQ has faced cyclones, gale force wind and rain, and all the conditions associated with living on a sand hill in Queensland.

At my request Matthew (Cookout BBQ’s) gave my BBQ a clean. It is now as good as new and has saved me the cost of a buying a brand new one.
