"Earlier this year we purchased a Epicure Pro BBQ for a client, and we wanted to send you a photo of the completed job. The BBQ looks fantastic, and the clients are extremely happy".

The Epicure Pro BBQ is a versatile electric high-end built-in BBQ certified for indoor and outdoor use, Australia wide.

It offers two cooking surfaces; a machined griddle grill plate and solid, flat teppanyaki style cooking plate, allowing you to cook multiple ingredients in different styles at once. The cooking plates are made from 10mm Teflon coated aluminium and boast superior heat retention with left and right-hand cooking zones, giving you the ability to use the plates individually or together.

It is a low profile, elegant Australian made stainless steel BBQ that's highly robust, built to last in coastal conditions and is delivered ready to drop into your bench top or cabinet.

This BBQ also offers a variety of lid options, giving you the opportunity to customise its appearance to suit your needs. This customer (pictured) opted for no lid on their BBQ.

Handcrafted from 316 marine grade stainless steel this flat plate BBQ offers a mirror polished lid and slim line design with the control panel mounted to the underside of the BBQ, allowing it to follow the lines of the bench.

The control panel includes a temperature control and a half hour timer for added safety, meaning the BBQ will automatically turn off when the timer has ended .... you will never need to worry about leaving your BBQ on again!

Electric BBQ element for Classic & Deluxe Portable BBQ models

We offer a wide variety of spare parts, including BBQ elements and burners

As part of our Australian made spare parts range, our electric BBQ element is specially designed to suit our portable Classic and Deluxe BBQ models.

These electric BBQ elements provide fast heat conduction, high cooking temperatures of up to 250/260 degrees and supersedes the elements in BBQ’s that were manufactured prior to 2010.

Offering a new design, the connection points on these elements are designed to extend into the control box and do not have nut fittings. Instead of nuts the element connection is via a high temperature, heat protected lead, preventing the intake of moisture and makes for a longer lasting product than its predecessor.

The Classic BBQ electric element is a 1900-Watt element and the Deluxe BBQ electric element is a 2400-Watt element, with all our electric BBQ’s available in 240V.

How to cook a roast in hooded BBQ. Hooded BBQ’s can be used for roasting or oven-style cooking

Our range of Australian made hooded electric BBQ's are not only great for high-heat barbecuing, they can also be used for roasting or oven-style cooking by indirect cooking or add a frying pan and you've got yourself a stove top.

Indirect cooking is when the meat is not exposed to direct heat, instead it uses the surrounding heat to cook and to do this you will need to use a hooded BBQ.

To roast lamb, beef or your preferred meat preheat the BBQ in line with the type and cut of meat you are roasting. Place cooking tray on BBQ plate, position the meat in the centre of the BBQ, close the hood and roast for the recommended cooking time. Remove the roast when cooked to desired degree, a great way to check if it's cooked is to insert a thermometer into the thickest part of the meat for an accurate reading. For best results always rest your meat for at least 5 minutes before carving.
