We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in original packaging.
A proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To request a return, please email us at sales@cookout.com.au for instructions and return address details.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund as soon as possible to the nominated bank account.
Please note:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are subject to inspection and approval of returned goods.
Cookout BBQ reserves the right to decline a refund if items are not returned in satisfactory condition or outside the return timeframe.
We’re happy to exchange your item under the same 30-day return conditions listed above.
Please email sales@cookout.com.au to arrange an exchange and ensure the replacement item is placed on hold while your original item is in transit.
All products are carefully inspected before dispatch. If you receive a faulty or damaged item:
Notify us within 30 days of receipt via sales@cookout.com.au
Include a description of the issue and photos if possible.
Once approved, we’ll provide a full refund or replacement, including any return shipping costs incurred.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service as Cookout BBQ cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Returns must be packaged securely to avoid damage during return transport.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
BBQs or accessories that have been used, modified, or misused.
Products that have not been maintained according to our care and warranty guidelines.
Items damaged due to negligence, improper installation, or use beyond normal wear and tear.
Custom orders or made-to-specification items, unless faulty.
Cookout BBQ reserves the right to assess the condition of any returned product to determine eligibility for refund or replacement in line with our warranty terms.
