We provide ongoing support, BBQ service and repair Australia wide for all our Cookout BBQ’s and accessories at our Gold Coast manufacturing facility in Ormeau, Queensland.
Our full range of BBQ's and accessories are Australian made, designed, and built to the highest standards with quality and performance in mind.
However, we understand with age and regular use things can happen, which is why each BBQ comes with a 10-year structural warranty and 12-month warranty on parts, backed by our reputable customer service.
Many of our BBQ parts, such as control knobs, burners, elements, and regulators can easily be purchased online and replaced, but we know that everyone's skill level is a little bit different and it's not always as simple as replacing a part.
That's why we provide our maintenance, repair, reconditioning, and support service maintaining your BBQ's longevity and exceptional cooking performance.

Our experienced team and technicians are able to service, repair and recondition your Cookout BBQ in-house, direct from the manufacturer.
From a simple burner or element replacement to a full BBQ repair and clean, we can do it all.
With expert advice, knowledge of all our BBQ ranges and models (no matter how old) and all BBQ parts available, there isn't a Cookout BBQ we couldn't fix.

To book your BBQ in for a service or repair simply fill in the booking form below or alternatively give our office a call on (07) 5549 0560 to discuss your requirements.
Depending on your location you can either drop off the BBQ in person or arrange it to be delivered, then we will (at your cost) send it back to you once repaired.
