    My new BBQ has some slight imperfections—is this normal?

    Yes, minor imperfections are normal and to be expected. Each built-in BBQ is handcrafted with care, and slight marks or variations can occur as part of the stainless steel fabrication, electropolishing, and laser etching processes. These do not affect performance or durability and are a natural part of a high quality, handmade product.

    Do you need a range hood to operate this BBQ?

    No. The Infinity Grill Gas BBQ is certified not only for outdoor use but also as an indoor gas cooktop with extremely low emissions. Unlike many BBQs that require a range hood with specific airflow ratings and interlocking systems, the Infinity Grill does not require a range hood for compliance.

    That said, you may still choose to install a range hood to help manage smoke generated during cooking. If you do, we recommend selecting a model with a surface area equal to or larger than the hot plate, though this is not essential. The only installation requirement is that the range hood must be positioned at least 1.2 metres above the cooking surface.

    Important: Always consult your builder and/or local licensed gas plumber. Installation must comply with Australian Standard AS/NZS 5601 (Gas Installations) and any relevant local authority regulations.

    Can I install the Infinity Grill Gas BBQ in a windy location?

    No, the control panel is not a sticker. It is laser etched directly into the satin-finished stainless steel, ensuring it won't peel, fade, or wear off with use.

    No, the Infinity Grill Gas BBQ's logo and text on the inside of the lid is laser etched into the stainless steel. It is not a sticker and will not be damaged or peel off.
