Handcrafted in Australia, the Epicure BBQ is a low-profile, elegant built-in stainless steel flat plate teppanyaki and griddle grill BBQ.

Meticulous in design the Epicure is an electric BBQ powered by two 1600W, 240V electric elements.

This versatile BBQ boasts superior heat retention with left and right-hand cooking zones, allowing you to use the plates individually or together. A machined griddle plate is on the left and a solid, flat teppanyaki style cooking plate on the right, allowing you to cook multiple ingredients all at once.

The Epicure BBQ body is built from high quality 316 marine grade stainless steel and the control panel is laser etched mirror polished stainless.

The BBQ cooking plate is made from 6mm, 2205 duplex grade stainless steel with black glass enamel coating.

How to mount a BBQ or bait board to your boats swim platform

Want to mount a BBQ or bait board on your boats swim platform but not sure how? Our removable T Bar mount is the answer.

Designed for those who only have limited space available this Australian made mount is perfect for the boat, jetty, pontoon or at home on the deck or balcony.

Pictured here on the swim platform of a Four Winns boat our T Bar mount is built from 316 marine grade stainless steel, sits at a convenient, usable height and when mounted still allows you to get in and out of your boat. It includes a flush deck mount, for mounting into your platform (or any other surface), which intern fits the T Bar post.

This post can then be removed and stored away with the BBQ or bait board once you have finished cooking.

Stainless steel removable rail mount pins allow you to mount your Cookout BBQ or bait board on your boats rail

Manufactured from solid 316 marine grade stainless round bar our Australian made removable pins are designed easily to drop through your existing stainless boat rail, giving you flexibility to set up wherever you like.

Featuring a 12mm diameter pin and 25mm diameter upright, these pins will fit into our Classic and Deluxe portable BBQ's and bait boards, allowing you to interchange as needed.

The pins can be removed from the rail when the BBQ or bait board is removed and include a removable r-clip, which secures the pin through the boat rail.

Installation is easy, to install you will require a piece of 16mm x 1.5mm diameter tube to be fabricated into your existing rail. This piece of tube can be supplied free of charge at your request when ordering the pins.
